Se inaplicó el Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 de 12 de julio de 2000 por ser contrario a la Constitución Política en relación con la tutela promovida por el ciudadano de la referencia.
En consecuencia, se dirimió el conflicto de competencias suscitado entre el Tribunal Administrativo del Meta y el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Acacías - Meta, en el sentido de determinar que la competencia para tramitar la tutela instaurada por el ciudadano de la referencia le corresponde al citado Tribunal, a donde se remite el expediente para adelantar la actuación judicial.

- PRIMERO. INAPLICAR, en relación con la acción de tutela promovida por el ciudadano Octavio Castro Sánchez, el artículo 1º del Decreto 1382 de 12 de julio de 2000, por ser contrario a la Constitución Política conforme a lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este auto.
- SEGUNDO. DIRIMIR la colisión de competencias suscitada entre el Tribunal Administrativo del Meta, y el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Acacías - Meta, en el sentido de determinar que la competencia para tramitar la tutela instaurada por Octavio Castro Sánchez le corresponde al Tribunal Administrativo del Meta.
- TERCERO. REMITIR el expediente de tutela al Tribunal Administrativo del Meta para que adelante la correspondiente actuación judicial.
